People can't live without food. I usually have 4 meals a day.

In the morning I have breakfast. For breakfast I usually have some sandwiches and drink hot tea.

At school we have lunch. It is usually a glass of tea and porridge.

After school I'm always hungry and thirsty. When I come home I have dinner. For dinner my mum usually cooks tasty soup, rice with chicken (potatoes and fish).

Cabbage soup or shchi is very popular in Russia. There is a proverb: "Shchi and kasha pishcha nasha". You can eat shchi at any time of the year. It's delicious.

In the evening my familly has supper. We have salad, spaghetti and meat for supper. It's always very tasty.

It's healthy to eat fruit and vegetables every day. They have got a lot of vitamins. The yellow group has got a lot of vitamin A and vitamin C. Vitamin A is good for our eyes and hair. Potassium and iron are good for our bodies.

I have a sweet tooth that's why my parents often buy me sweets, chocolates. cakes, cookies and ice-cream.

People cannot live without food. There are four meals a day in England: breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. But in Russia we usually have breakfast, dinner and supper.

For breakfast I usually have porridge, toast with jam, tea or coffee. I also like to eat an apple in the morning. We must remember the proverb: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"! There are a lot of vitamins in apples.

For dinner I usually have soup, meat, fish with potatoes or spaghetti and juice. Yesterday my mother made pudding. I like it very much.

At five o'clock it is teatime in England and I like to drink tea too. Sometimes I have ice-cream.

For supper I have salad, meat, different vegetables, bread, milk or tea, chocolate or sweets and some fruit.

I don't eat many hamburgers. We must buy and eat right food.
